Very tired
Hi, all. Jim and I walked around Foix, France all morning. Stopped in the local cathedral for awhile since we missed church on Sunday. Very peaceful. Then we went grocery shopping, went back to the motel (very nice one) and had lunch. THEN, these old bones(Jim's, too) climbed 250 steps in a castle and 250 down. After that we went down 250 steps to a river cave for a ride in a boat and then climbed back up!!! We will sleep good tonight!!! I'll post pictures tomorrow. We're heading out to Barcelona, Spain where we are staying two nights at the Montserrat Monestary. More later.

ReplyDeleteDeb Soucie is a local girl that grew up with our oldest son Paul. Her Dad had Helvey's Orchard on Sashabaw. When her Mom died she adopted Doreen as a Mom. One of Our involvement in her family was she was over exchange students in the area for several years. The boy from spain that grew up through High School years in their home is from Barcelona. Deb and Wayne went there also for a visit. They are some wonderful people. The Dad is a lawyer in Barcelona in case you get into trouble.
