Well, we made it. Not without a struggle, I might add. Our flight from Miami to Chicago was an hour late and we only had an hour before that happened to catch the next plane to France. They held the plane for us, since there were so many going to Paris. We arrived at 9:00 am {Paris time), picked up the car and headed out. We promply got lost in Paris. I tried to navigate--brother. Map was awful, so we hooked up the Garmin GPS that works just great. Thanks, John!! We were lost several times before we reached our destination of Issoudoun. We were asleep by 8:30 France time and didn't get up until 10:00 this morning. Took a long drive through the countryside, did some shopping for food, and are now going to dinner. The pictures are from the days travels. The yellow flowers are everywhere in the fields-- beautiful. It's used to make oil and to feed the farm animals. I think it's called colaz..
